In addition to your chance to ask the guests questions during the Q&A sessions and meet the guests face to face during the autograph and photograph sessions, we will be holding an exclusive Meet & Greet with our guest actors from Doctor Who and Torchwood.

Here a select group will get the chance to spend a little private time with our guests and chat over coffee & tea in a relaxed atmosphere away from the hustle and bussle of the event. This is a great opportunity to ask any questions about the show or actors that you might not have got to ask during the Q&A or just casually chat about whatever comes to mind.

The Coffee Club Meet & Greet will last approximately 1 hour. You will be divided into small groups and the guests will visit each table one-by-one and sit with you for a time before moving on.

There will only be 50 tickets available for this special addition to the event, an increase from last year after such a high demand (we’ve also increased the running time so your time with the guests hasn’t been reduced). You can buy your Coffee Club ticket at the same time you book your admission ticket, or you can come back later and book it at any time. We still expect this to sell out very quickly so if you don’t book when you’re getting your admission ticket, don’t wait too long.
